Politics and Poetry are Strange Bedfellows


Mad Kane is a writer, musician and "recovering lawyer." She uses various poetic forms like limericks, haiku, song lyrics to comment on the political scene. She is clever, witty, and non-partisan. She provides us with a good example of how poetry can be used in our lives, classroom, and politics.
